Our webshop is full of brand new technology. It helps you to order better and faster, but can give you questions as well. The most answered you can find here. Please contact your contact person for a personal tour through the webshop.

  • How do I select a stock?
    • Place your pointer in the menu on the left side of the page. There you will see some icons that represent our stocks. The flower icon represents the flower stock. The plant icon represents the plant stock etc. when you click on 1 of the items the stock will open. Additional to selecting a stock you can select an article group. Or choose all groups to open the complete stock.

  • How do I select a departure date?
    • Place your pointer in the menu on the left side of the page. Click on the calendar icon to open the calendar, select you departure date and click on ‘continue shopping’. Your selected departure date will be visible on the calendar icon.

  • How do I buy from the stock?
    • Place you pointer in the menu on the left side of the page. Click on a stock icon as explained in question 1. And select the article you want to buy. Then press the ‘+’ button to buy 1 x kolli or 1 x VE.

      The amount you buy with the ‘+’ button is determined by the switch on the top right of you screen. To change the value of the switch simply press the amount you prefer.
      Another possible way to buy an article is to click on the article in stock to get it displayed in the right detail screen. Below the picture you can find some extra information about the article and below the information you can find the field to place the amount you like to buy. The amount of stems you buy will automatically be confirmed and placed on you invoice.

  • How do a I search in the webshop?
    • When in a stock you can find the search icon on the center top of the screen. Click on the search icon to open the searchbar. You can search by name or by color. The webshop will automatically proces your search.

  • How to apply a filter?
    • In case you want to apply a filter in a stock or order list to show you only certain color, lenght, price or grower, select the filter option in the top menu.

      There you can make the desired selection. You can select multiple colors. 

  • How do I make changes or cancelations?
    • Within 10 minutes after you bought an article you will be able to change or cancel your order. After 10 minutues the article will automaticly be confirmed.

  • Does the online shop work on all my devices?
    • The online shop will work on all your devices. PC, laptop, Tablet, Smartphone.
      If you own a device on witch our online shop doesn’t work. Please contact your contact person so we can find a solution.
