Each March, the seeds that eventually grow into our dried flowers, herbs, grains and grasses are sown. During the spring, the crops grow into high quality produce. Only when the master’s eye has approved the quality of the crops is it time to harvest. This occurs between June and August, after which a unique drying process begins.
